Failed Standing Orders

The Failed Standing Orders report displays the list of all failed standing orders transfers as at a particular date. Standing order failures are mainly due to lack of sufficient funds on the benefactor's account at the time of transfer to the beneficiary account.

How to view the Failed Standing Orders.

To view the failed standing order report you go to Savings->Standing Orders->Failed Standing Orders. A screen will appear looking as follows:

• Failed Attempts Standing Order as at: Specify the reporting date, e.g., "22/04/2014".
• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".
• Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include all branches.
• Specify the client type to report on, i.e, Individual, Group or Business or select the All radio button to include all client types.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Standing Order Report Formats.

Click on the OK button to view the report or on the Close button to exit the menu.
